Deliveries outside the EU, UK or Norway may be subject to import taxes and customs fees.

Where applicable, those fees must be paid by the customer.

Returns

​

 Purchases can be returned including unused, unworn, unwashed items, with their original label and packaging within 14 days after delivery.

​

Returns are offered to Metropolitan France (Corsica and Monaco included) and most countries of the European Union. To get your free return label, please send an email to marie@grandemary.com.

​

Returns outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer.

In the case of a product with a manufacturing defect or not corresponding to the Customer's initial order, the Customer must contact customer service at marie@grandemary.com to obtain a prepaid return form.

​

If the Customer fails to comply with these conditions, in particular the return conditions, GrandeMary will not be able to refund or issue a credit note for the Products concerned.

​

Upon receipt of your return, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Your credit note or refund will be made within 15 days of receipt of your items and automatically to the account associated with the credit card used during payment or to the Paypal account used for payment.

Exchanges

​

No exchange possible on web orders, you can return your order and place a new order for the size that suits you.
